Delivery process and charges
Delivery date:

The owner will arrange packaging and delivery within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment from the customer under normal circumstances.

2. Ordering and Pre-Ordering Items
Ordering items is subject to confirmation of the over-payment. For details, please check with the head of the alliance.

If the same order contains both in-stock and ordered/pre-ordered products, or ordered/pre-ordered products with different arrival times, the order will be shipped only after all the products arrive by default.

Yupintang provides the following channels for customers to receive shipments:
1. Self-pickup in the studio
The owner has a studio, and Some products are displayed, welcome to pick up. After the goods arrive, we will contact the customer via Whatsapp. Since the opening time is uncertain, please make an appointment by phone or Whatsapp.

2. Any order of HK$600 or above can enjoy free shipping by SF Express Hong Kong. (excluding overseas regions)

ii. Residential address (including: Central and Western District, Wan Chai, Eastern District, Southern District, Yau Tsim Mong, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon City, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, Shatin and Kwai Tsing) . If the residential address is located in a remote area, a remote area surcharge of $20 will apply. (Please indicate the full address clearly)


3. For orders below HK$600, the following charges apply:

iii. Overdue shipments will be delivered by SF Express Recycle. Customers should call the SF Express Customer Service Hotline at 2730 0273 to reschedule the pickup.


Steps:
1. "Select" and "Copy" the pickup address, for example: point code 852TAL Aberdeen Fu Jia Industrial Building SF Station 9 Fu Jia Industrial Building, 234 Aberdeen Avenue, Hong Kong Southern District Room 6, Floor 6

2. Copy the pickup address and "paste" it in the "delivery address" column

i. We will provide the customer with the tracking number of the waybill after shipment, usually The goods can be picked up within 4-5 working days. When the goods are delivered to the EF Locker, SF Station Store or Service Center selected by the customer, SF Express will send an SMS to notify the customer to pick up the goods.

ii. Please pick up the package within the specified time period by SMS: ( EF Locker: within 30 hours) (SF Station: within 3 days)

Remarks

  • Residential property means the premises are for residential use.
  • P.O. Box shipping addresses are not accepted.
  • Delivery is processed according to the address provided in the order, and each order can only be sent to one address. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for different addresses.
  • When the order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and order tracking number.
  • When all delivery items are displayed as "Pay on Delivery", the order delivery fee will be displayed as zero, which means that the shipping fee will be directly charged by the logistics company. (Except free shipping privilege)
  • The relevant shipping costs include our cost (packaging materials and labor) and the cost of the shipping company (basic shipping cost), not the actual shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Some smart lockers are only available for households to pick up. If you are not a resident of a housing estate, please do not choose the smart cabinet in that housing estate.
